You must select a departure time from the list above when purchasing your night pass.

10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30 pm

If you wish to access the beach before the official check-in time and enjoy our facilities, this is possible, subject to room availability.

You can check out of your room and remain on the premises until the departure of the last boat back to Cartagena for the day.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if booking is canceled more than one month in advance.
70% refund if booking is canceled one week to one month in advance.
50% refund if booking is canceled less that one week in advance.
Date Changes
Date changes can only be accommodated with one week’s notice.
Climate
In case of rain or red flags, your day pass will be honored another day of your choosing. If you are not able to come another day, we are happy to refund 70% of your reservation.
Unexpected Issues
In case of flight or other travel cancellations beyond the client’s control, reservations may be rescheduled or refunded.
