Ticket Purchase Terms

1. Nature of the Ticket

The purchased ticket grants only the right of admission to the event on the date, time, and place established. It does not constitute a credit instrument, nor may it be used for resale for commercial purposes without the express authorization of the organizer.

2. Refund and Exchange Policy

Once the ticket has been purchased, there will be no refund, except in the event of total cancellation of the event by the organizer.

If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date and no refund will be issued.

Ticket exchanges between different phases or categories of ticketing are not permitted.

3. Access and Control

Entry to the festival requires presenting the ticket (physical or digital format) and valid identification.

The organizer may deny entry to anyone presenting adulterated, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets.

4. Safety and Conduct Conditions

The entry of weapons, drugs, sharp objects, outside alcoholic beverages, glass containers, or any item that threatens safety is prohibited.

Attendees agree to respect the rules of coexistence and safety at the event. Failure to comply will result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.

5. Organizer’s Responsibility

The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings inside the event.

In cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the event from taking place (extreme weather, public emergencies, government orders, among others), the organizer may reschedule the date, and the ticket will remain valid for the new schedule.

6. Image Rights

The purchaser accepts that video recordings and/or photographs may be taken during the event and authorizes the use of their image for promotional and publicity purposes without any compensation.

7. Data Protection

The data provided for ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with current data protection laws, ensuring confidentiality and exclusive use for purposes related to the festival.
